刑事物证保全是刑事诉讼取得成功的基础保障。刑事物证保全与是关乎到证据的必要合法性的因素之一,可以说,证据保全是证据合法性的基础,而证据合法性则是证据获取、保全等工作的主要目的。本文从实践入手,展开刑事物证保全与刑事证据合法性研究,其实用性价值较为突出,具有一定现实意义。
The preservation of criminal evidence is the basic guarantee for the success of criminal proceedings. The preservation of criminal material evidence is one of the factors that are related to the necessary legitimacy of evidence.
