柯亨认为,马克思主义者必须拒斥自我所有权原则,乃至自我所有权观念,但马克思主义对剥削的批判却隐含了对自我所有权的认可,马克思构想的共产主义也依然未能告别自我所有权。而事实上,这是柯亨对马克思主义的误判和理论失察。他的误判和失察与其self-ownership概念存在事实与法权的混用、论证上存在循环论证和“先入为主”的理论缺陷有关。柯亨这种拒斥自我所有权的正义并不适用于社会主义,特别是当下中国。
Cohen believes Marxists must reject the principle of self-ownership and even the concept of self-ownership. However, Marxist critique of exploitation implies the recognition of self-ownership. Marxism’s conception of communism still fails to say goodbye to self-ownership. In fact, this is Cohen’s misjudgment and theoretical oversight of Marxism. His misjudgment, oversight and the concept of self-ownership involve the mixture of fact and law. There is a circular argument in the argument about the theoretical flaws of “preconceptions ”. Justice such as Cohen, which rejects self-ownership, does not apply to socialism, especially to the present China.
