食品安全大似天,婴幼儿乳粉挂心间。从5月31日,李克强总理主持召开国务院常务会议,要求全力以赴打好提高婴幼儿配方乳粉质量安全水平的攻坚战,重塑消费者对国产乳粉的信心;到7月1日,发改委确认对雀巢、美赞臣、多美滋、惠氏、雅培等“洋品牌”进行反垄断调查。仅一个来月的期间里,已相继有多个部门先后对乳粉企业展开行动,从价格形成机制、生产许可、近两年新建项目核查、注册认证、引导鼓励重组、配方原辅料备案审核、包装装潢等方面纷纷出拳,开展整顿。

From May 31st, Premier Li Keqiang presided over the executive meeting of the State Council, demanding that he go all out to fight the tough battle to improve the quality and safety level of formula milk powder for infants and young children, and reshape consumer confidence in domestically produced milk powder; by July 1, the National Development and Reform Commission Confirmed an anti-monopoly investigation of Nestle, Mead Johnson, Dumex, Wyeth, Abbott and other “foreign brands”. In just one month, several departments have successively launched actions on milk powder companies, including price formation mechanism, production licenses, verification of new construction projects in the past two years, registration certification, guidance and encouragement of reorganization, and review and approval of prescription raw materials. Packing and decorating and other areas have launched a punch to carry out reorganization.
