目的评价实时三维在产前筛查中对胎儿室缺的应用价值。方法对来我院接受产前筛查的6032例妊娠(20~24周)的胎儿中,205例可疑先天性心脏病的进行分组检查。第一组(102例)由两名不同操作经验的医师用二维超声进行检查,第二组(103例)也有这两名医师用实时三维进行检查。结果第一组二人共检出15例室间隔缺损,其中医师1独自检出6例,医师2独自检出0例,假阳性2例;第二组二人共检出35例,其中医师1独自检出2例,医师2独自检出1例。结论实时三维在产前筛查中可以提高胎儿室间隔缺损的诊断率,并降低对检查人员经验的依赖性。
Objective To evaluate the value of real-time 3D in prenatal screening for fetal ventricular septal defect. Methods Totally 205 cases of suspected congenital heart disease were examined in 6032 pregnancies (20-24 weeks) fetuses who received prenatal screening in our hospital. The first group (102 patients) was examined by two-dimensional ultrasound by two physicians with different operational experience. The second group (103 patients) also had these two physicians examined by real-time three-dimensional imaging. Results The first group of two patients were detected in 15 cases of ventricular septal defect, of which physician 1 alone was detected in 6 cases, physician 2 alone was detected in 0 cases, false positive in 2 cases; the second group of two were detected in 35 cases, of which physicians 2 cases were detected by themselves and 1 case by physician 2 alone. Conclusion Real-time 3D in prenatal screening can improve the diagnostic rate of fetal ventricular septal defect, and reduce the dependence on the experience of inspectors.
