针对坨823块的油藏原油粘度高,储层水敏感性强,油井生产中出砂严重,注汽压力高,井筒举升困难等开采难点,有针对性地对特超稠油开采工艺配套方面进行了优化与改进,重点放在油层保护技术、射孔工艺优化、压裂防砂工艺、蒸汽吞吐工艺优化和举升配套工艺的优化等环节上。在现场应用中取得了较好的效果。为今后特超稠油开采提供了技术思路。
