SMA路面以其优异的高温稳定性、低噪音、耐久性、耐磨性、低温抗裂性等特点在现代高等级道路建设中得到了广泛的应用。随着道路交通量激增、重载交通以及渠化交通运行,再加上一些地区极端天气的频繁出现,施工管理者对于SMA施工规范的理解不深入、不全面或者未能严格执行有关规定,导致路面在建成后短短几年内就出现了不同程度的早期病害,车辙就是当前SMA路面病害的一种主要形式。为了有效防治SMA路面车辙现象,本文通过对部分地区SMA路面车辙的调查研究,分析了SMA结构组成与强度形成机理,从混合料设计必选、路面材料指标要求,路面厚度、施工工艺等方面提出了防治车辙的措施。
SMA pavement has been widely used in modern high-grade road construction due to its excellent high temperature stability, low noise, durability, wear resistance and low temperature crack resistance. With the surge in road traffic, heavy traffic and canalized traffic operations, coupled with the frequent occurrence of extreme weather in some areas, construction managers’ understanding of the SMA construction code is not thorough, incomplete or can not strictly enforce the relevant provisions, resulting in Pavement in the short span of a few years after the establishment of different degrees of early disease, rutting is the current SMA pavement disease is a major form. In order to effectively prevent and treat the rutting phenomenon of SMA pavement, this paper analyzes the SMA structure composition and strength formation mechanism by investigating the rutting of SMA pavement in some areas. It proposes from the aspects of the design of mixture, the requirements of pavement materials, the pavement thickness and construction technology Measures to prevent rutting.
