一般资料本组13例,男9例,女4例;年龄为10～61岁;致病原因:硬物击伤10例,拳击伤3例;右眼5例,左眼8例;接诊时间最短伤后4h,最长5d;13例均伴有下睑组织撕裂,伤口长0.8～1.5cm,距下泪点2～9mm。疗效标准:无流泪,冲洗泪道通畅为治愈;无流泪,冲洗泪道欠通畅为好转。结果:13例均1次手术吻合成功,其中治愈12例,好转1例。追踪
