由地震工程学术委员会高层建筑学组主持召开的第三届高层建筑抗震技术交流会,1991年11月16～20日在江苏扬州市召开,到会共160多位代表,本次交流会共收到论文97篇,分结构抗震理论及试验分析,工程抗震设计与研究,结构振动控制等。建设部设计管理司副司长、抗办副主任陈寿梁参加会议,并报告了成立抗震防灾分会和改组高层抗震学组为专业委员会等有关问题。
The third high-rise building seismic technology exchange hosted by the High-level Architecture Group of the Academic Committee of Earthquake Engineering was held in Yangzhou, Jiangsu from November 16 to 20, 1991. More than 160 representatives attended the conference and the exchanges were received. 97 papers, sub-structure earthquake resistance theory and test analysis, engineering seismic design and research, structural vibration control and so on. Chen Shouliang, deputy director of the Department of Design Management of the Ministry of Construction and deputy director of the Anti-Country Office, attended the meeting and reported on issues related to the establishment of a seismic disaster prevention branch and the reorganization of high-level anti-seismic groups as professional committees.
