目前,随着社会经济的飞速发展,高等职业教育已占据我国高等教育的半壁江山。而高职教育的发展却显得相对滞后,高职院校发展面临着一系列的问题,如规模的扩张与管理水平不平衡,人才培养目标与社会发展不相符,师资数量与质量不平衡,办学资金严重缺乏,专业特色缺乏,招生困难,生源紧张等问题。针对这些问题,本文从高等职业院校师资数量与结构问题着手,指出高等职业院校应积极探索校企联合的人才培养模式,培养高素质的师资队伍。
At present, with the rapid development of social economy, higher vocational education has occupied half of our country’s higher education. However, the development of higher vocational education appears to be lagging behind. The development of higher vocational colleges is facing a series of problems, such as the unbalanced scale expansion and management, the inconsistency between the goal of personnel training and social development, the imbalance of the quantity and quality of teachers, A serious shortage of funds, lack of professional characteristics, enrollment difficulties, students and other issues of tension. In view of these problems, this article starts from the issue of the number and structure of teachers in higher vocational colleges, pointing out that higher vocational colleges should actively explore the model of joint training of schools and enterprises and cultivate highly qualified faculty.
