在宝钢焦炉煤塔工程中,需要变更已埋设完毕的螺栓位置。由日方提供的成孔机具和商品化的管装化学粘结树脂有如下特点。一、成孔机重量轻、效率高、消耗少成孔机是手提式旋转冲击电钻,见图1。重量为8公斤,操作方便,成孔效率高(以在混凝土上钻孔为例,孔深20厘米,直径2.6厘米,2分钟即可成孔)。钻头刀锋是用硬质合金制成,规格标准化,以螺栓直径划分,从12毫米至50毫米共17种。使用成孔机时,可根据螺栓直径,选择钻头规格,甚感方便。树脂用料省,并使树脂材料固化过程中的收缩量减少,充分发挥树脂的粘结作用。比我国
