目的:调查新疆某三级甲等综合医院重症监护室护士工作满意度情况,为护理管理者制定提高监护室护士工作满意度的措施提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,2015年对新疆某三级甲等综合医院224名监护室注册护士进行问卷调查。结果:重症监护室护士工作满意度总分均分为3.04±0.72,满意度总体呈中等水平。各维度得分由高至低依次为排班原则、社会或专业交流交往的机会、对工作的支配及参与决策的机会、团队合作、工作认可、工作酬劳、家庭工作平衡、专业发展机会。结论:新疆某三级甲等综合医院重症监护室护士工作满意度总体处于中等水平,但对专业发展的机会、对目前工作的忙碌程度、对目前工作量所得到的报酬满意度较低,管理部门应关注这个特殊职业群体,采取科学的人力资源管理策略,提高工作满意度,保证监护室护理队伍的稳定、健康发展。
Objective: To investigate the job satisfaction of nurses in intensive care unit in a tertiary general hospital in Xinjiang, and to provide basis for nursing managers to make measures to improve the job satisfaction of nurses in the nurses’ office. Methods: By means of questionnaire survey, in 2015, 224 registered nursing nurses in a Class A general hospital in Xinjiang were surveyed. Results: The total score of job satisfaction of nurses in intensive care unit was 3.04 ± 0.72, and the overall satisfaction was moderate. Scores from top to bottom in each dimension are scheduling principles, opportunities for social or professional exchange and interaction, job control and opportunities for decision-making, teamwork, job recognition, job remuneration, homework balance and professional development opportunities. Conclusion: The job satisfaction of nurses in intensive care unit of a tertiary level general hospital in Xinjiang is generally medium, but the degree of professional development, the degree of busyness with current job, the low satisfaction with the current workload, the management The department should pay attention to this special occupational group and adopt a scientific human resources management strategy to improve job satisfaction and ensure the stable and healthy development of nursing staff in the nursing home.
