为有效控制平、立面超限高层结构的扭转效应,改善框支转换层上下侧移刚度比,笔者结合工程实例,从结构受力的基本概念出发,在结构布置、计算分析、构造措施等方面作出了有效处理,使整体结构满足设计规范的有关要求,经上海市抗震设防专家委员会审查,肯定了设计参数及结构布置方案,设计达到了抗震设防要求,计算结果也证实了这一结论。
In order to effectively control the torsion effect of high-rise structure with flat and over-elevation, and improve the lateral stiffness ratio of upper and lower sides of transitional section of frame-supported structure, the author starts with the basic concept of structure force, and analyzes the structural arrangement, calculation and analysis, structural measures, etc. And made effective treatment so that the overall structure meets the relevant requirements of the design code. After being reviewed by the Shanghai Seismic Design Commission, the design parameters and structural layout were confirmed, and the design met the requirements for seismic design. The calculation results also confirm this conclusion.
