用FORTRAN语言编写了电子衍射物相分析的计算机程序,每次可以分析50张电子衍射底片,待鉴定的物相数目不限。根据纸带输入的各个物柏的品体学数据,如晶系、点阵及点阵常数,计算出U,V,W在一定范围内各个晶带的电子衍射谱的基本数据。将试验得到的电子衍射谱逐个与其对比,并将符合较好的结果打印输出。如有三张电子衍射底片与一种物相相符,即可初步确定这个物相存在。此外,还可以将与各个晶带对应的二维倒易点阵平面的基本数据打印成表,以供手算参考。
The FORTRAN language was used to prepare a computer program for the phase analysis of electron diffraction.
