为研究超声速燃烧室等离子体射流点火特性,设计了一套包括超燃直连式实验台、点火装置、流场观测装置和测量控制系统的超声速点火和燃烧的实验平台。以煤油、乙烯为燃料,采用等离子体射流点火方式对该实验平台进行了测试,分析了典型火焰特征和燃料喷注位置对点火特性的影响。结果表明,该实验平台可完成超声速燃烧室等离子体射流点火实验,具有操作方便、实验效率高的优点,可为开展超声速点火和燃烧研究提供依据。
In order to study the ignition characteristics of supersonic combustor plasma jet, a set of experimental platform for supersonic ignition and combustion including a test stand, ignition device, flow field observation device and measurement control system was designed. The experiment platform was tested with plasma jet ignition using kerosene and ethylene as fuel, and the influence of typical flame characteristics and fuel injection position on ignition characteristics was analyzed. The experimental results show that the experimental platform can complete the plasma jet ignition experiment of supersonic combustion chamber, which has the advantages of convenient operation and high experimental efficiency, and can provide the basis for the study of supersonic ignition and combustion.
