始基卵泡的募集受卵巢内旁分泌因子的调控,这些旁分泌因子包括KL、LIF、bFGF、GDF-9、BMPs、AMH等。它们在卵巢内的表达存在时空特异性,且相互调节形成复杂的网络结构,在调控始基卵泡的募集上起着重要作用。
Primitive follicles are recruited by the ovarian endocrine factor regulation, these paracrine factors include KL, LIF, bFGF, GDF-9, BMPs, AMH and so on. Their expression in the ovary spatiotemporal specificity, and regulate each other to form a complex network structure, in the regulation of primordial follicles recruitment plays an important role.
