用包括基因型×环境互作效应的种子性状遗传模型研究了稻米淀粉粘滞性谱(RVA谱)的3个特征参数(最高粘度、热浆粘度和冷胶粘度)的遗传基础。结果表明.RVA谱的遗传变异主要受遗传主效应控制,另外还受到基因型与环境互作效应的影响。基因型×环境互作效应主要表现为胚乳基因型×环境和母体基因型×环境互作,而不存在细胞质× 环境互作。RVA谱的遗传力在 65.3%~74.8%之间.其中胚乳遗传力比母体遗传力和细胞质遗传力之和都大。不同亲本遗传效应的线性对比表明直链淀粉含量对稻米RVA谱的影响很大。
The genetic basis of three characteristic parameters (highest viscosity, hot slurry viscosity and cold gel viscosity) of rice starch viscosity spectrum (RVA profile) was studied using a genetic model of seed traits including genotype × environment interaction effects. The results show. The genetic variation of RVA spectrum is mainly controlled by the main genetic effect, and it is also affected by the interaction effect between genotype and environment. Genotype × environment interaction effect mainly as endosperm genotype × environment and maternal genotype × environment interaction, and there is no cytoplasm × environment interaction. The heritability of RVA spectrum ranged from 65.3% to 74.8%. Among them, the heritability of endosperm is greater than that of maternal heritability and cytoplasm heritability. Linear correlation of genetic effects among different parents showed that amylose content had a great effect on rice RVA profile.
