本研究将上体育必修课的320名学生分为实验组和对照组,利用QQ、电邮、短信等途径对实验组的学生宣传体育锻炼的方法及意义等,在开学之初以及第八周和第十六周分别进行体适能的各项数据测量。研究结果显示,大学生对信息科技干预有一定程度的认可,建议今后继续使用信息科技干预手段提升其对运动的认知。
In this study, 320 students in PE course were divided into experimental group and control group. Methods and significance of using QQ, e-mail, SMS and so on to propagandize physical training for students in experimental group were analyzed. At the beginning of the first semester and the eighth week and The sixteenth week of physical fitness for each data measurement. The results show that college students have a certain degree of recognition of IT intervention and suggest that IT intervention be continued in the future to enhance their awareness of the campaign.
