文章分别就不锈钢制车辆及铝合金制车辆的车体装配中使用的不同焊接接合方法做了介绍。此外,本文还对组成六面体车体结构的工序、典型的工艺和技术进行了阐述,尤其对车体制造中难度较大,需要较多地依赖于作业者技能(技艺)的车体矫正作业进行了评述。此外,文章还指出今后要引进焊接接合方面的新技术、新工艺,做好技术传承,同时在设计方面进行创新(如基于模块化设计以简化车体结构),以减轻焊接与矫正作业。
The article separately introduces different welding joining methods used in bodywork assembly of stainless steel vehicles and aluminum alloy vehicles.
