~(60)C_0治疗机在长期使用过程中由于各种因素影响,源位置常发生偏移,从而对剂量分布产生影响。本文就~(60)C_0源偏移时,对射野中心输出剂量、前后轴线输出剂量、半影区剂量变化进行测量,推荐简便校正~(60)C_0源偏移方法。测试FYC—50H旋转式~(60)C_0治疗机,剂量仪器FARMER—2570型剂量仪,0.6cc指型电离室。~(60)C_0源G、T向偏移距离,通过调节连接~(60)C_0源抽屉和气缸的定位螺丝与固定螺丝确定。螺距为1.25mm。
