高等院校组织实施双语教学是一项教改新举措,是高等教育与国际接轨的重要途径。在逐步推进双语教学的过程中,对双语教学过程的质量评价是十分重要的,从而达到以评促教的效果。它与传统教学的质量评价体系应该有所不同,因此有必要研究制定一套可行的评价体系。本文在分析双语教学质量评价指标体系设计原则的基础上,提出了一套双语教学评价指标体系,为建立完善的双语教学系统奠定基础。
The implementation of bilingual teaching by institutions of higher education is a new measure for education reform and is an important way for higher education to be in line with the international standards. In the process of promoting bilingual education step by step, it is very important to evaluate the quality of bilingual teaching process so as to achieve the effect of promoting education through assessment. It should be different from the traditional teaching quality evaluation system, so it is necessary to study and formulate a feasible evaluation system. Based on the analysis of the design principles of bilingual teaching quality evaluation index system, this paper puts forward a set of bilingual teaching evaluation index system, which lays the foundation for establishing a perfect bilingual teaching system.
