粒度分布对水泥的性能有强烈的影响,探讨水泥的最佳粒度分布,对提高水泥、混凝土性能,降低水泥工业的能源、资源消耗和环境污染都具有重要意义。在水泥水化早期,水泥各种颗粒的水化程度都较小,影响水泥性能的因素主要是粉体的堆积状态,而粉体的堆积状态主要是由水泥粉体的粒度分布决定的,只要水泥的粒度分布合理,在某一程度上可以获得较好的水泥性能。
Particle size distribution has a strong impact on the performance of cement, to explore the optimal size distribution of cement, cement, concrete performance, lower energy consumption of cement industry, resource consumption and environmental pollution are of great significance. In the early stage of cement hydration, the hydration degree of all kinds of cement particles is small, the main factors that affect the performance of cement are the accumulation state of the powder, and the accumulation state of the powder is mainly determined by the particle size distribution of the cement powder. Cement particle size distribution is reasonable, to a certain extent, can get better cement performance.
