目的对内眼手术后患病毒性角膜炎的原因及分析探讨。方法收集内眼手术后发生病毒性角膜炎患者8例,对其病史,发作时间,症状,眼部查体以及诊治经过进行分析总结。结果 2例有病毒性角膜炎感染史,6例有感冒或消化道疾病等诱因,应用抗病毒药物和营养角膜药物后治愈。结论内眼术后发生病毒性角膜炎跟病毒性角结膜炎感染史,机体免疫力低下,破坏泪膜稳定性,损伤角膜内皮,术后大剂量激素用药等密切相关。
Objective To investigate the causes and analysis of viral keratitis after intraocular surgery. Methods Eight patients with viral keratitis after intraocular surgery were collected, and their medical history, attack time, symptoms, eye examination and diagnosis and treatment were analyzed and summarized. Results 2 cases had a history of viral keratitis infection, 6 cases had a cold or digestive diseases and other incentives, the application of antiviral drugs and nutritional corneal drugs cured. Conclusions The occurrence of viral keratitis after intraocular surgery is closely related to the history of viral keratoconjunctivitis infection, low immunity, destruction of tear film stability, corneal endothelium injury and postoperative high dose hormone therapy.
