治疗舌和口腔粘膜感觉异常(灼痛、不适)30例,女29例,男1例,年龄50～73岁。病程6月至11年。伴有全身病:冠心病、高血压和植物神经血管张力障碍24例,慢性胃炎、胆囊炎、胆石病、胃十二指肠溃疡病15例,精神障碍7例。曾进行奴夫卡因封闭、离子导入,高频电疗等无效;治疗内科疾病口腔感觉异常也不消失。水蛭疗法先用1％双氧水和5％葡萄糖液漱口,使养在温水小瓶内的医用水蛭头部贴近患处(舌、唇、腭),直至吸咬住患处,水蛭尾部仍在小瓶内,患者自己拿住小瓶。可同时使用3个水蛭,通常吸咬20～40min,然后自动脱落。随后用3％双氧水漱口,禁食2h。疗程6～12次,头6次每日治疗1次,以后隔日1次。无效时隔1.5～2月重复治疗。
