目的开展研究低离子聚凝胺在输血检验中的应用价值。方法选取本院150例受血患者,入院日期均在2010-01-2016-01。采用低离子聚凝胺进行交叉配血的为观察组,采取盐水进行交叉配血的为对照组,记录两组的阳性检出率、检查时间及特异性细胞凝集情况。结果观察组阳性检出率为9.3%,显微镜观察到14个特异性凝集,检查时间为4.3min;对照组阳性检出率为5.3%,观察到5个特异性凝集,检查时间为14.5min。低离子聚凝胺在输血检验中的临床疗效显著优于使用盐水,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低离子聚凝胺在输血检验中阳性率、检查时间以及特异细胞凝集方面均优于盐水,保证了交叉配血的安全,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To study the application value of low ion polybrene in transfusion test. Methods Select 150 cases of patients with blood in our hospital, admission date are in 2010-01-2016-01. Cross-matching with low ion polybrene for the observation group, taking saline cross-matching for the control group, recording the positive detection rate of the two groups, check the time and specific cell aggregation. Results The positive detection rate of the observation group was 9.3%, 14 specific agglutination was observed by microscope, the detection time was 4.3 minutes, and the positive detection rate of the control group was 5.3%. Five specific agglutinations were observed and the examination time was 14.5 minutes. The clinical efficacy of low-ion polybrene in transfusion test was significantly better than that of saline, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Low ion polybrene is superior to saline in the positive rate of blood transfusion test, examination time and specific cell agglutination, which ensures the safety of cross-matching blood and is worth popularizing in clinic.
