目的:观察刺山柑总生物碱对系统性硬皮病(SSc)小鼠核心蛋白多糖(Decorin)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及血小板源生长因子-AB(PDGF-AB)表达的影响。方法:BALB/c小鼠背部注射盐酸博莱霉素建立SSc模型,给予刺山柑总生物碱低、中、高剂量(225、450、900mg/kg)进行干预后,ELISA法检测小鼠皮肤Decorin、TNF-α及血清PDGF-AB表达水平。结果:刺山柑总生物碱中、高剂量可升高小鼠皮肤Decorin水平,降低TNF-α水平(P<0.05,P<0.01);对血清PDGF-AB含量无显著影响。结论:刺山柑总生物碱对SSc小鼠Decorin和TNF-α的异常表达具有一定调节作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of cappirel alkaloids on the expression of Decorin, TNF-α and PDGF-AB in mice with systemic scleroderma (SSc) Impact. Methods: BALB / c mice were injected bleomycin hydrochloride on the back of the mice to establish SSc model. The low, medium and high doses of cappi cassiae (225,450 and 900 mg / kg) Decorin, TNF-α and serum PDGF-AB expression levels. Results: The medium and high dose of Capparis spinosus could elevate the level of Decorin and decrease the level of TNF-α (P <0.05, P <0.01), but had no effect on the level of PDGF-AB in mice. Conclusion: The total alkaloids of capers lead to the abnormal regulation of Decorin and TNF-α in SSc mice.
