近年来,高职院校引入的外教越来越多。但在英语外教教学评估中,却存在诸多误区和乱象,这给高职院校英语外教的管理带来了困扰,严重影响了英语外教的教学实践。在教学实践、学生调查的基础上,深入探讨了高职英语外教教学评估问题,提出了引入柯氏四级培训评估模式对高职英语外教进行评估,以及对外教进行分级的建议。
In recent years, the introduction of foreign teachers in higher vocational colleges is increasing. However, there are many misunderstandings and chaos in the teaching assessment of English teachers, which brings troubles to the management of English teachers in vocational colleges and seriously affects the teaching practice of English teachers. On the basis of teaching practice and students’ investigation, this paper probes into the issue of English teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the suggestion of introducing the four-level training evaluation model of Korcboshi to evaluate English teaching in higher vocational schools and to grade the foreign teachers.
