The promulgation of the Travel Law has brought certain challenges to the tour guide work and also brought new opportunities for development for tour guides. After the implementation of tourism law, the sharp drop of gray income made some tour guides have a certain monthly income decrease. The level of pay gap makes the tour guide increased the dissatisfaction with the law. In order to eliminate these dissatisfactions, this paper mainly discusses tour guide pay strategy, safeguarding the rights and interests of tour guides and improving the service quality of tour guides.
