我院常以回收的输液瓶生产10%氯化钾注射液等,按常规生产,澄明度合格率不高,放置后有异物。笔者从两个方面查原因:1药物质量及生产环节如:控制原料质量、浓配加炭、更换微孔滤膜等,注意操作的各环节,结果仍不够理想。2从包装如瓶子,参照过去关于去离子水中硅酸检查方法,首先对250m输液瓶中硅酸进行了初步实验检查,发现澄明度不高是硅酸含量过高的结果。现将实验报告于后。一、仪器与试剂50ml钠氏比色管。硅酸(H_2SiO_3)AR,5%钼酸铵试液、1%维生素C容液(临用时配制)、草硫混酸试液[1份硫酸(16mol/L)与3份4%草酸溶液混匀]。二、方法与结果1.标准液的制备精密称取硅酸50mg,加氢氧化钠试液10ml加热使之溶解后,加稀硫酸5 ml,然后加硝酸(1→8)1 ml,将此液全部转入500ml容量瓶中,加蒸锱水至刻度摇匀(100ug/ml)。再精密吸取此液1 ml置100ml容量瓶中,用蒸馏水稀释至刻度即得(每ml含硅酸1 ug)。2.测定方法精密吸取上述标准液,1、
