近年,随着我国医疗卫生事业改革的全面推进,医院不断加强规范化科学化管理,对社会公众提供的服务项目日益丰富,开展的工作内容日益增多。某些工作内容或服务项目的开展所产生的文件材料形成了新的档案类别。这些新增的档案科目对医院的档案管理提出了新的内涵,也已成为医院档案工作者迫切需要解决的重要的新课题。针对目前医院各类新增档案管理体制不健全、制度不完善,管理分散,档案管理人员不明确、不稳定等一系列问题,提出应准确把握新时期医院发展特点,不断更新完善科学的档案管理体系,建立健全档案管理的规章制度;充实档案队伍建设,提高人员素质;重视档案的开发利用,充分发挥档案的经济效益和社会效益。
In recent years, with the all-round promotion of the reform of medical and health undertakings in our country, the hospital has been continuously standardizing and scientifically administrating, the service items provided to the public are increasingly enriched, and the content of work carried out by the hospital is increasing day by day. Some of the work or services carried out by the development of documents and materials resulting in a new file type. These new archives subjects put forward new connotation to the hospital archives management and have also become an important new topic that hospital archivists urgently need to solve. Aimed at a series of problems such as the imperfect management system of newly added files in the hospital, the imperfect system, the scattered management, the uncertain and unstable file management staff, it is suggested that the characteristics of hospital development in the new era should be accurately grasped, and the scientific archives management should be constantly updated and improved System, establish and improve the rules and regulations of the file management; enrich the construction of the file team, improve the quality of personnel; pay attention to the development and utilization of the file, give full play to the file of economic and social benefits.
