目的:探讨甲泼尼龙冲击疗法(MPPT)对血压和心电图的影响。方法:甲泼尼龙20mg/(kg·d)溶于5%葡萄糖溶液500mL中静脉滴注,qd×(3~5d),对60例神经免疫性疾病病人实施MPPT,记录输注前后及输注过程的血压和心电图变化。结果:在甲泼尼龙输注过程中,收缩压升高3.5±1.0kPa(0.5~10kPa),舒张压升高1.1±0.6kPa(0.3~6kPa),心率增快16±4次/min(6~28次/min),心电图出现S-T和T波改变19例,心律失常23例。在输注结束后3~6h内,血压、心率和心电图改变大务恢复至输注前水平。结论:MPPT可致一过性血压升高和心电图异常。
Objective: To investigate the effect of methylprednisolone therapy (MPPT) on blood pressure and electrocardiogram. Methods: 60 mg / (kg · d) of methylprednisolone was dissolved in 500 mL of 5% dextrose solution for intravenous infusion for qd × (3 ~ 5 d). 60 patients with neuroimmune diseases were treated with MPPT.
