近年来有机磷农药已成为农村各种急性中毒的首要原因,我院10年来共收治急性重度有机磷农药中毒149例,现将抢救经验总结于下。一、临床资料149例中61岁以上18例,35～60岁34例,14～35岁97例,农药品种有敌敌畏、敌百虫、乐果及1605。经口服敌敌畏121例,敌百虫11例,乐果1例,经皮肤吸收的12例,经呼吸道吸收的4例。口服敌敌畏最多500ml,最少10ml。149例中毒病人治愈143例,占96%,死亡6例占4%,合并脑水肿13例,肺水肿8例,呼吸衰竭9例,阿
In recent years, organophosphate pesticides have become the primary cause of various acute poisoning in rural areas. In our hospital over the past 10 years, a total of 149 cases of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning have been treated, and the rescue experience is summarized below.
