本实验用静脉注射四氧嘧啶的方法,选择性地破坏胰岛B细胞,48h后造成大鼠实验性糖尿病模型,观察异搏定对四氧嘧啶诱导的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量变化的影响。结果表明:预防性注射异搏定能显著降低四氧嘧啶诱导的血清过氧化脂质含量的升高。本工作提示异搏定对四氧嘧啶诱导的大鼠实验性糖尿病的预防作用可能是通过降低过氧化脂质的产量实现的。
This experiment used intravenous alloxan method to selectively destroy pancreatic islet B cells. After 48 hours, it induced rat model of diabetes. Observed the effect of verapamil on alloxan induced serum lipid peroxide (LPO) levels. influences. The results showed that the preventive injection of verapamil significantly reduced the increase in serum lipid peroxidation induced by alloxan. This work suggests that the preventive effect of verapamil on alloxan-induced experimental diabetes in rats may be achieved by reducing the production of lipid peroxides.
