余杭区农村蚊虫监测结果分析

目的了解余杭区蚊虫种类及密度分布情况,为有效预防和控制虫媒传染病疫情的发生提供依据。方法在余杭区选择4个镇(街道)作为监测区,每个镇(街道)选择2个村(社区)作为监测点,监测时间为6月中旬—10月上旬,每月监测3次,采用诱蚊灯法监测,并记录蚊虫种类和数量。结果共捕获成蚊6 325只,平均密度为1.83只/(灯·h),其中雌蚊4 347只,雄蚊1 978只。监测雌蚊中,三带喙库蚊所占比例最大,占45.59%;其次为淡色库蚊,占36.99%。另外,中华按蚊、骚扰阿蚊及白纹伊蚊均有分布。3种生境中禽舍附近监测到的蚊种种类以三带喙库蚊为主,普通住户监测到的蚊种以淡色库蚊为主,而稻田附近监测到的蚊种以三带喙库蚊和淡色库蚊为主。结论余杭区普遍存在乙型脑炎、疟疾及登革热等传播媒介三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊及白纹伊蚊等,应加大灭蚊和防蚊工作力度,及时清除孳生环境,做好适龄儿童乙脑疫苗接种工作。 Objective To understand the species and density distribution of mosquitoes in Yuhang District and provide the basis for the effective prevention and control of the epidemic situation of zoonosis. Methods Four towns (streets) were selected as monitoring areas in Yuhang District. Two villages (communities) were selected as monitoring points in each town (street). Monitoring time ranged from mid-June to early October and monitored monthly for three times. Mosquito lamp method monitoring, and record the type and quantity of mosquitoes. Results A total of 6 325 adult mosquitoes were captured at an average density of 1.83 light / h, including 4 347 female mosquitoes and 1 978 male mosquitoes. Among the female mosquitoes, Culex tritaeniorhynchus accounted for the largest proportion (45.59%), followed by Culex pipiens pallens (36.99%). In addition, Anopheles sinensis, mosquito harassment and Aedes albopictus are distributed. The species of mosquito in the three habitats were mainly Culex tritaeniorhynchus. The mosquito species detected by common households were predominated by Culex pipiens pallens, while the mosquito species detected near the paddy field were dominated by Culex tritaeniorhynchus And Culex pipiens mainly. Conclusion There are widespread vectors of Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Anopheles sinensis and Aedes albopictus in vectors such as Japanese encephalitis, malaria and dengue fever in Yuhang district, so mosquito control and mosquito control efforts should be intensified to eliminate the breeding environment in time and do a good job Age-eligible children’s JE vaccination work.
