近些年来,由于膳食结构不合理,运动量减少,使得慢性病的发病率不断攀升,并很有可能成为未来医疗保险支出中最大的组成部分。对患有这类疾病的病人来说,单纯依靠吃药来改善病情,显然是不够的,然而对待糖尿病人如何合理饮食、加强运动这样的问题,医生通常只能讲“管住嘴、迈动腿”这样的大道理,病人每天的能量摄入应该是多少?运动强度应该有多大?并没有一个定量的、个性化的指导标准。针对这个问题,从2005年5月开始,北京市西城区宏汇园社区卫生服务站在市劳动与社会保障局以及国家医学教育发展中心的共同推动下,开展了一项社区慢病干预方式的新的尝试。几个月过去了,他们的收获如何呢?
