认为《信息经济学》一书在国内首次系统、全面地阐述了信息经济学的研究内容，首次将信息资源管理纳入信息经济学研究范围，结合了国内外最新研究成果并极富中国特色。同时，认为该书应更充分地阐述信息资源管理的问题，并可参照ｅｃｏｎｏｍｉｃｓ和ｍａｎａｇｅｍｅｎｔ的体系来构建信息经济学的内容与结构
He holds that Information Economics, for the first time in China, systematically and comprehensively expounds the research content of information economics and for the first time incorporates information resources management into the study of information economics.
