结合寒冷地区年平均气温低、大温差等气候特点,采用室内弯曲试验,研究温度、公称最大粒径、沥青种类、油石比对沥青混合料弯拉特性的影响及其作用规律。研究结果表明:在5种试验温度下,抗弯拉强度曲线存在两个关键点温度:-10℃和15℃;在低温情况下,两种公称最大粒径相比,AC-13的劈裂强度较AC-16大;在6.0%~7.0%之间存在对应于抗弯拉强度达到最大值时的油石比;SBR改性沥青混合料低温性能优势明显。
Combined with the characteristics of low annual average temperature and large temperature difference in cold regions, indoor bending tests were conducted to study the effect of temperature, nominal maximum particle size, asphalt type and oil-rock ratio on the flexural behavior of asphalt mixtures and their effects. The results show that there are two key points in the flexural tensile strength curve at the five test temperatures: -10 ℃ and 15 ℃; in the case of low temperature, compared with the two nominal maximum particle sizes, the splitting of AC-13 The strength is higher than that of AC-16. Between 6% and 7.0%, the ratio of whetstone to that at which the flexural strength reaches the maximum value is obvious. The low temperature performance of SBR modified asphalt mixture has obvious advantages.
