本试验首次采用再结晶显示金属内塑性变形区的方法观察分析了焊接接头中冷裂纹产生的塑性变形区域。试验证实了焊接冷裂纹从宏观上看是一种脆性断裂,但其扩展过程中仍伴随有一定范围的微区塑性变形,这一塑性变形区显然是决定裂纹走向的一个因素。
This experiment for the first time using recrystallization showed that the plastic deformation zone of the metal method of observation and analysis of welded joints cold cracking plastic deformation zone. The test shows that the weld cold crack is a brittle fracture at a macroscopic level. However, a certain range of microplastic plastic deformation is still accompanied by the expansion process. This plastic deformation zone is obviously a factor that determines the crack direction.
