通过查阅资料,分析校本培训的现状,提出在网络环境下构建校本培训的新模式,以帮助教师更好地学习,获取更多的教学成果,培养出更多全面发展的人才。
By referring to the data and analyzing the current situation of school-based training, a new model of school-based training in the network environment is proposed to help teachers learn better, obtain more teaching results and cultivate more talents with all-round development.
