第三設計院1963年11月間对国内某两个洗罐站(以下簡称甲洗罐站和乙洗罐站)的工艺設备等作了一些調查研究。前者机械化程度較高,但目前还有不少設备未能使用;后者是在旧有設备的基础上实現了某些程度的洗罐机械化。为了适应我国石油及其产品运輸发展的需要,如何结合我国目前情况,节約投資、迅速建成、并满足洗罐的技术安全等要求,是目前設計洗罐站的一个主要研究課題。本文系根据調查情况对設計問题提出一些看法,供設計者研究参考。一、机械化洗罐站概况新建甲洗罐站所設計的是全部机械化設备。现在已使用的設备有:洗罐台、真空設备、通风設备;没有使用的有:冲洗役备、外部洗刷設备、溶剂設备、油庫及污水处理設备。設备維修机械设备及空气压縮机等虽巳使用,但使用率很低。洗罐站有10个台位,平均每天洗車30輛,多为粘油車。洗罐站为贯通式,两头与車站接通,罐車每天取送三次,最多四次。現員为94人。現在
In November of 1963, the Third Design Institute made some investigations and researches on some of the two domestic tank cleaning stations (hereinafter abbreviated as cans and B tank stations). The former has a high degree of mechanization, but there are still a lot of equipment that cannot be used; the latter is based on old equipment to achieve a certain degree of canning mechanization. In order to meet the needs of China’s oil and its product transportation and development, how to combine China’s current situation, save investment, build it quickly, and meet the requirements of technical safety for washing cans is a major research topic for designing tank cleaning stations. This article proposes some opinions on design issues according to the investigation situation for designers to study and refer to. I. Overview of Mechanized Tank Cleaning Station The newly designed A tank station is designed with all mechanized equipment. The equipments that have been used now include: tank washing stations, vacuum equipment, and ventilation equipment; unused equipment: flushing equipment, external washing equipment, solvent equipment, oil depots and sewage treatment equipment. Although equipment maintenance machinery and air compressors are used, their usage rate is very low. The tank washing station has 10 stations, and an average of 30 cars are washed daily, mostly for sticky cars. The tank washing station is a through-type. Two ends are connected to the station.
