高层建筑的特点是层数多,高度大,结构类型多样,体型复杂,施工难度大,施工工艺技术要求高,材料用量多,施工工期长,专业性强,工序多,交叉作业多,结构自重大,受力特点、设计依据与一般多层建筑有很大的不同,对结构的安全度要求特别高,对工程结构的施工质量提出了更高的要求。本文从建筑电气、排水部分、通风与空调工程、施工后浇带施工等方面谈谈高层建筑工程的施工技术。
