从我国经济的发展现状来看,新三板市场是促进中小企业融资问题解决的一个重要方式。本篇文章对新三板拟上市企业在经营过程中存在的财务雷区,及企业发展过程中对财务雷区的防范措施这两个问题进行了探究。
Judging from the current economic development in our country, the new three-board market is an important way to promote the financing of SMEs. This article explores the two problems of financial minefields existing in the process of operation of the new three-board proposed enterprises and the preventive measures against financial minefields in the process of enterprise development.
