以美国杂交烤烟品种K326为试材,研究了不同剂量钼素对烤烟叶片光合色素、光合特性及水分利用率的影响。结果表明,一定剂量的钼营养,对增加烟株总叶绿素含量有明显效果。处理40 d、55 d时,T1(0.22 mg.kg-1)、T2(0.35 mg.kg-1)和T3(0.49 mg.kg-1)处理的叶绿素含量均高于对照,增幅为T1>T2>T3。55 d时,T1的Pn(光合速率)比CK增加27.63%,Ci(胞间CO2浓度)降低了14.41%,Tr(蒸腾速率)以T1和T2较低,T1、T2的WUE(水分利用率)与CK相比,增幅达95.64%。施钼后烟株的干物质积累量有所提高。在本试验条件下,推荐最佳施钼剂量为每盆施钼1.35 mg(10 kg土计)。
The effects of different dosages of molybdenum on photosynthetic pigments, photosynthetic characteristics and water use efficiency of flue - cured tobacco leaves were studied using the American hybrid tobacco K326 as test material. The results showed that a certain dose of molybdenum nutrition has obvious effect on increasing total chlorophyll content of tobacco plants. The chlorophyll contents of T1 (0.22 mg.kg-1), T2 (0.35 mg.kg-1) and T3 (0.49 mg.kg-1) were higher than those of the control at 40 d and 55 d, T2> T3.55 d, the Pn (photosynthetic rate) of T1 was increased by 27.63% and Ci (intercellular CO2 concentration) by 14.41% compared with that of CK. The Tr (transpiration rate) (Water use efficiency) compared with CK, an increase of 95.64%. After the molybdenum application, the dry matter accumulation of tobacco plants increased. Under this test condition, the optimum molybdenum dosage is recommended as molybdenum 1.35 mg (10 kg soil) per pot.
