本文简要说明了沿海铁路客站雨棚既有钢结构长效防腐研究的必要性和海口东站站台雨棚钢结构锈蚀现状,介绍了钢铁腐蚀基本原理,分析了海口东站站台雨棚钢结构锈蚀的原因,阐述了沿海铁路客站雨棚既有钢结构防腐体系的目标要求和所研制的低表面处理长效防腐体系,通过实地试涂和老化加速测试证明其具有长效防腐、可带湿带锈施工、湿态附着力优异、表面处理要求低等优点,并且该体系底漆具有封固、转化实锈性能,完全适应铁路客站站台雨棚既有钢结构表面处理等级低和天窗作业时间短、夜间带露施工要求。
