本文利用上海市5个区县2580名婚前体检的女青年问卷调查资料对上海市未婚女青年的生殖健康知识状况进行了分析。结果显示，婚检女青年中有性经历的比例为69．3％，首次性行为的平均年龄为21．8岁。相当一部分女青年缺乏生育、避孕和性病知识，有的具有错误的知识。多因素分析表明，影响女青年生殖健康知识水平的因素有：年龄、受教育程度、职业、经济收入、同胞数、是否有无话不谈的朋友、是否与人讨论过性问题、业务时间安排、有无避孕史及人工流产史、父母受教育程度等。调查提示，应通过学校、医院和书报传媒等途径加强未婚青年的生殖健康知识教育。
In this paper, 2580 pre-marital health check-ups of young women in five districts and counties in Shanghai were used to analyze the reproductive health knowledge of unmarried young women in Shanghai. The results showed that the rate of sexual experience in premarital women was 69.3%, and the average age of first sex was 21.8 years. A considerable number of young women lack of knowledge of childbirth, contraception and sexually transmitted diseases, and some have the wrong knowledge. Multivariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the knowledge level of reproductive health among young women are: age, education level, occupation, economic income, number of siblings, whether or not to talk about friends, whether to discuss sexual issues with people, business schedule , History of contraception and history of abortion, parents’ education level and so on. The survey suggests that the education of reproductive health of unmarried youth should be strengthened through schools, hospitals, newspaper and magazine media.
