有人认为素养的内容不如整理、整顿来得实际、重要,推行后也看不到直接效果。其实,素养是其他5S 内容的衍生。只有大力地推行了素养工作,才能确保公司的规章制度得以有效实行、生产率得以提升。如果说前4个‘S’使企业现场条理化,那么‘SEISITSU(素养)’就是使企业管理规律化。素养的定义素养,简单地说就是自律,即员工在每天的工作中持续做到整理、整顿、清扫、清洁,并习惯地将这些活动视为每日工作的一部分,成为自律的员工。
Some people think that the content of literacy is not as good as arranging and reorganization come in practical and important ways and no immediate effect can be seen after its implementation.
