为研究高胆固醇血症对血小板超微结构及立体计量学参数的影响及调脂药普伐他汀干预后的变化 ,选择高胆固醇血症患者 2 0例 ,口服普伐他汀 10~ 2 0mg/d ,疗程 4~ 8周 ,治疗前后在透射电镜下观察血小板的超微结构并进行立体计量分析。结果发现 ,治疗后高胆固醇血症患者血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平及血小板聚集功能均明显下降 ,同时血小板形态结构的立体计量学参数得以改善。结果提示 ,高胆固醇血症患者血小板功能及立体计量学参数的可逆性变化可能与普伐他汀促进动脉粥样斑块消退的机制有关。
In order to study the effect of hypercholesterolemia on platelet ultrastructure and stereometric parameters and the change after intervention with pravastatin of lipid-lowering drugs, 20 patients with hypercholesterolemia and 10 ~ 20 mg / d pravastatin , 4 to 8 weeks of treatment, before and after treatment under the transmission electron microscope to observe the ultrastructure of platelets and three-dimensional measurement analysis. The results showed that after treatment, patients with hypercholesterolemia serum total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein levels and platelet aggregation were significantly decreased, at the same time, the stereometric parameters of platelet morphology and structure can be improved. The results suggest that reversible changes in platelet function and stereometric parameters in patients with hypercholesterolemia may be related to the mechanism of pravastatin to promote atherosclerotic plaque regression.
