In 2009, Shanghai Jiao Tong University opened its first Foundation Evergreen Class in Shanghai to train the second generation of enterprises. This is a challenging training program. Nowadays, Chinese family-owned enterprises are confronted with the problems of difficulties in taking over from work, inheritance of experience, key challenges to the growth of second generation and effective mechanisms for communication between the two generations. However, this is also a problem closely paid by academia and education circles. However, The problem is how to get the family business open and then
