财务管理在企业管理工作中占有较为重要的地位,始终贯穿于企业的发展过程中。尤其是当前竞争激烈的现代化形式下,做好企业财务管理工作既能改善企业的经营管理模式,还能促进企业的经济效益增长,提高企业在市场中的整体竞争力。本文简单的介绍了企业中财务管理的作用,并针对当前企业财务管理中出现的困境问题,提出了加强企业财务管理的建议与策略。
Financial management occupies a more important position in the management of the enterprise and runs through the development of the enterprise. Especially in the current highly competitive modernized form, doing a good job in financial management of enterprises can not only improve the operation and management mode of an enterprise, but also promote the economic growth of an enterprise and increase the overall competitiveness of enterprises in the market. This article briefly introduces the role of financial management in enterprises and puts forward suggestions and tactics to strengthen financial management of enterprises in view of the current predicament in enterprise financial management.
