在中原油田，套管腐蚀损坏是油水井报废的主要原因。为了了解套管的腐蚀程度，控制腐蚀速度，必须打腐蚀套管取至地面。文10－1井是目前国内取换套管最深的一口井，实际套铣深度1609．98m，切割取套管深度1597．90m。本文详细介绍了该井取换套管前的准备工作、内割工艺、长井段套铣工艺及外割工艺等，对今后油水井大修取换套管工作具有一定的指导意义。
In Zhongyuan Oilfield, casing corrosion damage is the main reason for oil and water wells scrapped. In order to understand the corrosion degree of the casing and control the corrosion rate, the corrosion casing must be taken to the ground. Wen 10-1 well is the deepest well in China to replace the casing, the actual depth of 1609.98m set milling, cutting depth of 1597.90m. This paper introduces in detail the preparatory work before replacing the casing, the internal cutting technology, the long section of the milling process and the cutting process, etc., which will be of guiding significance for future oil and water well overhauls to replace the casing.
