目的:研究苏铁叶黄酮类化合物的流动注射-化学发光分析检测方法。方法:基于碱性条件下,黄酮类化合物对Luminol-H2O2-Cu2+化学发光体系的抑制作用,结合反相流动注射技术,建立苏铁叶黄酮类化合物的流动注射-化学发光分析检测方法。结果:发光信号的降低值ΔI与黄酮类化合物的质量浓度在2.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mg/m L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.0265μg/m L。在优化条件下,检测苏铁叶中黄酮类化合物的平均得率为1.61%,RSD=1.32%。结论:通过干扰试验,并与UV法检测结果比较,表明该方法可用于苏铁叶黄酮类化合物的分析检测。
Objective: To study the flow injection and chemiluminescence analysis of flavonoids in cycads leaves. Methods: Based on the inhibitory effect of flavonoids on Luminol-H2O2-Cu2 + chemiluminescence system under alkaline conditions, a flow injection-chemiluminescence detection method was developed for the determination of flavonoids in cycads by reverse-phase flow injection technique. Results: The decrease of luminescence signal ΔI was linear with the mass concentration of flavonoids in the range of 2.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-3mg / mL with the detection limit of 0.0265μg / mL. Under optimized conditions, the average yield of flavonoids in cycads was 1.61%, RSD = 1.32%. Conclusion: The results of interference test and comparison with UV method show that the method can be used for the analysis and detection of flavonoids in cycad leaves.
